This refund policy applies exclusively to businesses that have subscribed to a paid plan on injob.be, managed by NBM. We understand that plans can change and we are committed to offering a fair resolution in case of subscription cancellation.

2. Refund Conditions

a. Cancellation Period: Businesses may cancel their subscription within 14 days of subscription for any reason. A full refund will be issued if no premium services have been utilized during this period.

b. Pro-Rata Refund: After the 14-day cancellation period, if the business wishes to cancel its subscription before the end of the paid period, a pro-rata refund may be granted. The pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the remaining time until the subscription's expiration.

c. Usage Conditions: No refunds will be granted if the business has significantly utilized premium services or has violated the Terms and Conditions of Use of the site.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please send an email to refund@injob.be with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Subscription date
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will assess your request and contact you within 14 business days with a response.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this refund policy may be granted at the discretion of NBM in exceptional circumstances.

5. Policy Changes

NBM reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the site.
